21. Can we meet KRU onboard?
Yes. Guests will enjoy approximately 8 hours of free and easy time in Phuket. If you prefer not to disembark, you may stay onboard and continue enjoying the ship’s facilities and restaurants.
22. How many KRU Showcase performancesare there?
The main showcase will be held on 28 January 2026. A second show may be added if there are over 500 participants. Please inform your agent if you’re interested in attending the additional showcase.

Yes. Proper swimwear is required. Muslimah swimsuits are allowed. Guests without appropriate swimwear will not be permitted to use the water facilities.

Yes. Meals are included at three complimentary restaurants (Chinese,Western, and International Buffet). Other specialty dining outlets (Japanese, Hotpot, Western Grill, Bars, etc.) are chargeable.
Infants below 6 months old are not allowed onboard. Infants 6 to 24 months old may cruise with parental supervision.
11. What is “gratuity”?
Gratuity is a compulsory service tip for the cruise staff and is charged per night per guest (NOT INCLUDED in fare).

Your Cruise Card serves as:
• Room key • Onboard charge card for all purchases & restaurant entriesYou’ll need to settle your onboard charges at the Reception Counter(Deck 5) before disembarkation to retrieve your passport.
Guests who are more than 24 weeks pregnant are not allowed to sail.The cruise reserves the right to deny boarding without a refund.
